Destination Defender is more than a celebration. For equestrians, it’s a weekend that honors the spirit of the horse world: driven by service, sustained by connection, and rooted in adventure.

Held at the iconic Galway Downs Equestrian Center, this three-day festival brings together outdoor experiences, Defender heritage, nonprofit recognition, and unforgettable moments in the saddle.

Riding Demo with Defender Kentucky Three-Day Event Champion Tamie Smith
Catch Tamie Smith in action on Saturday as she shares a riding demonstration that blends elite skill with the heart of horsemanship. Don’t miss this chance to learn from one of eventing’s best, right in her home state.

Defender Service Awards Presentation
We’ll honor six nonprofits making an impact in their communities — many of them working with horses in therapy, education, rescue, and access. Each winner will receive a custom Defender 130 and a $30,000 cash prize, with $5,000 awarded to all finalists.

Live Performance by Kaleo — Saturday, November 15 at 4 PM
Cap off your day with a sunset show from international rock band Kaleo, known for their powerful, soulful sound. A perfect way to celebrate the spirit of the weekend.

Off-Road Drive Experiences
Test your skills and the Defender’s legendary capability on a specially designed trail. Think less bumper-to-bumper, more hoofbeats-and-hillside.

• Weekend Adventure Pass – $75
  Includes general admission for all three days and access to the Kaleo concert and Tamie Smith’s demo.

• VIP Adventure Pass – $275
  Adds premium concert viewing, VIP hospitality lounge access, exclusive merch, and other perks.

• Kid’s Adventure Pass (ages 5–12) – $25
  Valid for the full weekend. Children under 5 are free.
